Deluxe Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter (softened)
2 large eggs
1 c. plain m&m's ® candies
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (unsalted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
For variety try this recipe with raisens instead of peanuts and they are good with walnuts and raisens or another dried fruit.

Baking your cookies
Preheat oven to 350° . In large mixing bowl mix brown sugar , butter , vanilla and eggs until well blended.Stir in nuts and candy.Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet about 3" apart.Bake until golden brown about 10-12 minutes.Cool on wire rack.These are especially good around the Christmas holidays
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.



Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies
Fun easy cookie recipe

cookies Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter (softened)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Baking your cookies
In large mixing bowl mix brown sugar ,shortening,sugar,butter,vanilla and eggs until dough forms and well blended.Stir in nuts and chips.Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet about 3" apart.Preheat oven to 350° .Bake until golden brown about 10-12 minutes.Cool on wire rack.Easy fun tasty snack kids love.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
