Candy bar Brownies an extra special treat

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking cocoa
4 Snickers bars
(cut into 1/4" chucks)
3 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Baking your Brownies
In a large mixing bowl combine sugar , butter , eggs , and vanilla.In another bowl combine flour , cocoa , baking powder
and salt.Set aside 1/4 cup. and add what is remaining to your egg mixture.Mix well and toss in
chocolate chips.Toss Snickers chunks with the flour mix you set aside.Mix coated chunks into batter
and transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.Bake at 350° for 30-35 until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack. Chill before cutting serve about 2" squares.
Walnut Brownies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
9 ounces unsweetened chocolate, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup unsalted butter
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 c. toasted walnuts (chopped)
Baking your Brownies
Preheat the oven to 325° Butter a 15 X 10-inch baking pan.
Over simmering water melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler and
in a saucepan, melt the butter.While stirring continuously add the melted butter
to the melted chocolate. Stir in the vanilla.
With electric blender , whip the eggs for 1 minute on high speed, while slowly
adding sugar whip for 10 more minutes.Pour whipped egg mixture into large bowl.
Sift flour and salt into your egg batter, folding in with a rubber spatula or spoon.
Fold in the chocolate mixture and walnuts.Pour your brownie batter into buttered pan.
Bake on the center rack for 25-30 minutes.Check the brownies during baking
until wooden tooth pick inserted in the center comes out almost clean.
